Shipping Policy

At Sage and Paije, we make every effort to ship all orders on the same day if placed before 1:00 PM AEST (Sydney Time) on a business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. During high-volume or sale periods, there may be a slight delay in shipping.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. All parcels require a signature for secure delivery. If no one is available, your item will be sent to your local post office. Please arrange redelivery within 7 business days. If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please notify us before dispatch.

Please note that once the package leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over its journey. Sage and Paije cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, public holidays, or courier errors, especially during peak periods. We also cannot be held responsible for missing, damaged, or stolen parcels.

Ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Sage and Paije cannot reimburse or replace parcels with incorrect shipping information. If a parcel is returned and redelivery is required, postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

For US orders, we use DHL and USPS combined services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

The customer is responsible for all customs and import duties/taxes. All applicable charges must be paid even if you refuse the shipment. If the parcel returns due to non-payment, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you decline to pay these fees, your package will be returned, and your refund will exclude any extra shipping costs. Customs authorities require us to declare the order value on the package, and they may delay or reject delivery.
