Return Policy

Sage and Paije is committed to customer satisfaction – if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of the order delivery date.

We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only.

Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package to process your return. High-volume periods, especially holidays, may cause delays.

To maintain a positive shopping experience and prevent abuse, Sage and Paije may refuse returns if we identify unreasonable or excessive return patterns.

Returned goods that do not meet the following criteria will be declined and may be sent back at your cost:

  • Return must be lodged within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains or perfume.
  • Items must include all tags, including Sage and Paije hangtags.
  • Footwear must include the original shoebox in perfect condition (no postage labels).
  • Bags must include original packaging with security seal intact.
  • Excluded: accessories (earrings, necklaces), hair accessories, hats, intimates, stockings, phone accessories, and FINAL SALE items.
  • FINAL SALE: Items with prices ending in $XX.50 cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for store credit and place a new order.

Return Processing

Processing takes 5-10 business days after we receive your return. For inquiries, email us at returns@sageandpaije.com.

Please follow the correct process for your region to ensure prompt handling. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

USA Returns

Submit your return request and purchase a prepaid label for USD $12.99 via our US portal. Drop the parcel at any USPS box or local post shop.

Singapore Returns

Submit your return request and purchase a label for USD $9.50. Drop your parcel at any Ninja Point.

International Returns

For returns outside the USA or Singapore, email returns@sageandpaije.com. We cannot provide return labels for international returns. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Store Credit will be provided as a Gift Card and:

  • Valid for 1 year from the issue date
  • Redeemable only at sageandpaije.com
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable for cash
  • Cannot apply to past or existing orders
  • If mixed payment was used, credit refunds first, then other payment methods

Faulty Items

All items are inspected before shipping. If you receive a faulty item, email returns@sageandpaije.com with photos for review before approval.
